Bollé Safety Standard Issue

Turning the South of England into Central Africa

After much location scouting across the south of the United Kingdom, we were able to work with Landmarc Support Services and DIO t secure one of the defence training estates on Salisbury Plain in the south coast of England. Our aim was to convey and portray a US Special Operations force operating in central africa.

Client Bollé Safety Standard Issue joind us on location for the filming over the course of a long and extremely hot summers day out on SPTA, with relentless pounding sunshine from our 3am start time, all the way through until sunset and onto midnight.

Task Force 138, Black Site Media’s dedicated military unit that has skills sets and expertise drawn from all branches of the British Armed Forces were chomping at the bit from hour one to start walking the storyboard and then get wardrobed and the cameras rolling.

Black Site Media’s strength is having an extensive wardrobe, armoury and prop department that allow our clients to drop in their products onto TF138 with realism and authenticity. This commission had BSM create a US Army Special Operations team carrying out a HVT retrieval scenario, that after walking and talking for an hour with coffee’s in hand, the team set to gether their operational plan and cracked on.
