Brief: Part 2 of the CrossFit HR4K Story Travelling with the HR4K team to the world renowned crossfit company Rogue Fitness at their European headquarters in Antwerp, Belgium.

HR4K have big plans and their Wiltshire, Amesbury crossfit centre based in the just outside of the military garrison town of Tidworth. 10000 square feet of purpose built crossfit training centre will need to be outfitted and they are wanting the very best. Sitting down to discuss plans and outfitting needs with rogue, this centre will become a flagship of excellence in training and crossfit, Brazilian ju jitsu and a great place to get a damn good cup of coffee.
